3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Government fees and stamp duty are additional and vary by state unless explicitly included in the package.
• Payment is accepted via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets).
• Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured.
• Full payment is required before work commences on your application.

5. Service Delivery

• Estimated timelines are indicative and depend on government processing times, document completeness, and regulatory requirements.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, incomplete documentation, or incorrect information provided by the client.
• You will receive real-time updates on your application status through your dashboard and WhatsApp notifications.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete documents and information as required for the service.
• Respond to queries and document requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and legally valid.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on companykholo.com including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of CompanyKholo and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

CompanyKholo acts as a facilitator for government registrations and filings. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid by the client. We are not liable for any government rejections, delays, or penalties arising from factors beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of your documents and information seriously. All documents and personal information shared with us are stored securely and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of completing the requested service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage clients to first attempt resolution through our support team before pursuing legal remedies.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
