Once the company name is approved by MCA and SPICe+ form is filed, the service is considered substantially complete. No refund is available at this stage.
Once the trademark application is filed with the Trademark Registry, the government fee and filing charges are non-refundable. The monitoring service fee may be partially refunded if cancelled within 30 days of filing.
Once the GST application is submitted on the GST portal, no refund is available. If the application is rejected due to our error, we will re-file at no additional cost.
Monthly/annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refund for the current billing period. Unused months in an annual plan are refundable on a pro-rata basis.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government system outages, policy changes, natural disasters, pandemics, or internet disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the service as soon as practicable.
